Upon Completion successful of IV Certification, student would have obtained the basic understanding for the purpose of Intravenous Insertion, the process of electrolytes imbalance, the different gauge needles and their purposes, proper documentation, basic diffusion and osmosis, proper technique of insertion, blood drawing adapter, and proper technique for discontinuing heparin lock .
